With a 24/7 on-call mechanical team backed by our engineering and machining workshops, we can supply fast, efficient services with quick turn around on re-builds, repairs or light to heavy fabrication work.

Field Service division provides support services to many customers throughout the Hunter Valley. Works cover all areas of mining maintenance from mining equipment repairs, shut downs and rebuilds to light and heavy fabrications, lighting plant & pump maintenance through to full rebuilds in our workshop.
As well as support to new infrastructure and projects relevant to parties at various mine sites, we are able to provide boilermakers, plant mechanics, electricians and fitters for all types of works associated with mining maintenance.
Our experience with mining maintenance covers crack repairs to buckets, bodies, booms and chassis's to OEM specifications. Components change outs, servicing and faults finding, as well as shut downs on excavators, dozers, graders and trucks. On site repairs and fabrication of guards, handrails and accident damage. Specialised work in confined spaces as well as lancing and pressing equipment.
Our service is backed by purpose built trailers and equipped to handle most tasks at a moments notice. These trailers cover boilermakers for welding, gouging, and lancing, fitters, lifting equipment, generator, oxy equipment, sockets and spanner kits, taps and dies, caddy welders and PPE. Electricians - stocked and kitted vehicles. Diesel mechanics have dedicated support vehicles and we also have a range of ancillary support light vehicles and trucks.
Our people are well trained and experienced within the industry. Our people are working at heights, EWP, confined space, rigging and forklift operations trained. Our people conduct themselves in a safe and efficient manner. A commitment to managing and assessing risk forms the basis of our service.
Our people have inductions which cover Coal & Allied generic, restricted isolator, SGS, NOC induction as well as various other site specific inductions throughout the Valley.
